The basic functions of the human resource management are to give training, motivation the employees, performance appraisals and also workplace communication. It is analyzed that human resource management depends on the activities and system that influences the staff behavior and performance. According to Armstrong and Taylor (2014), "Human resource management can be stated as "approach that acquires, develop, manage, motivate and enhance the commitment of the organization resources so that people can work in a proper manner". The objective of human resource management is to attain positive results so that activities can be conducted smoothly. If there is proper human resource management then it can be possible to enhance the overall performance of the company. Human resource management takes into consideration the problems which are related to training, compensation, motivation, and communication. The team of human resource management tries to ensure that satisfaction level of the staff can be maximized and also the organization can easily accomplish overall goals and objectives in an effective manner. It is seen that human resource department in the school will focus on various functions like recruiting the right candidate so that activities can be conducted smoothly. To appoint the right candidate for the school is very important so that the activities can be managed. Not only it is important to give emphasis to the right candidates but schools are becoming more focused on producing a quality outcome. So, if a school is private, public or international it does not matter but what matters is the level of efficiency in the activities of the student. Training is a method that assists the staff to attain knowledge and also it helps to improve the skills of the people. Development is a term that emphasizes the growth of the staff and also gives a positive impact on the future performance. Human resource team of the school has the responsibility to offer training to the staff so that the school performance can be enhanced effectively. In such situations, human resource management team plays a role of mediator and consultant so that problems can be minimized effectively. They first listen to the problem of the student or the staff member and then they provide a good solution so that positive results can be achieved. The team focuses on taking timely action and prevents things from going out of hand (Rees Smith, 2017). According to Grunig (2013), human resource team also tries to develop public relations so that performance of the school can be maintained. The responsibility of creating good relations with the staff, parents, and children lies in the hand of human resource team. They are indulging in organizing seminars and also many official gatherings on the behalf of school so that proper relations can be maintained and growth can be achieved by the school. Many times, human resource department plays a great role in making school plans so that goodwill can be maintained and children growth can be enhanced. Human resource management can also enhance the performance of school by doing proper planning of the activities and making a timetable of the activities that should be conducted in the school. In this, the team should focus on defining the task of the individuals so that the staff can complete the task in a proper manner.
